This process will include operating a variety of equipment, including a fork lift, in addition to completing paperwork for documentation purposes. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: * Operate equipment in a safe manner* Drive and operate a fork lift* Identify and select the proper code* Proper filling out and placement of pallet tags* Follow case orders and place on the line for packing Check case codes of cookies Recheck count and remark at end of order* Operate and troubleshoot tape machine* Operate stretch wrap machine* Operate dock lock for truck loading purposes* Properly fill out trailer load sheet paperwork and waste tote data sheets* Maintain proper levels of inventories for the line* Provide coverage for warehouse position during breaks* Follow AIB's "Good Quality Standards" and "GMPs"* Additional duties as assigned Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: * Good verbal communication skills* Good organization skills* Willingness to except odd job assignments when production lines are not operating* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions* Ability to lift 40 lbs. unassisted* Ability to stand or walk up to 90% of the time scheduled* Ability to organize and prioritize work schedule* Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures Job Qualifications: * 18 years of age Compensation: $19.20/HOUR Hearthside is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
