They will maintain and enhance the company in the human resources department by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices. Prior experience with HR Management out of manufacturing. Responsibilities * Recruit and Onboard new hires * Conduct performance management and provide feedback. * Assist with Payroll and benefits for employees. * Partner with staff and managementQualifications * BS/BA/BBA degree or relevant experience * 10+ years of experience in Human Resources * Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies. * Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills * Attention to detail and good judgement.
