Responsibilities:• Input client details in the CRM and effectively communicate all pertinent information between the agent and client• Support our agents in showing homes to qualified clients; including setting up showings, routes, showing materials and necessary supplies by providing clients with all relevant information• Follow up with clients after showings to get feedback, gauge interest, and answer any additional questions• Handle all communication with urgency and efficiency• Maintain a pleasant and professional demeanor; that will allow you to build solid relationships with the team and clients Qualifications:• Real Estate license (MO)• Real Estate experience (preferred)• MARIS/MLS/SUPRA experience• Detail-oriented and organized• Reliable Transportation• Knowledge of the local real estate market and current trends• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed• Social media experience Compensation: $36,000 - $65,000 yearly About Company: We are a lead generation and marketing company that specializes in Real Estate.
