With a multitude of businesses nationwide seeking our services, achieving this objective demands the expertise of adept business developers and account managers.We are looking for a new addition to our sales development department with experience in sales and business development. The Business Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth. This position involves coordinating internal resources to maintain and expand the client base.Key Responsibilities: Stay up-to-date with the company's products or services and industry trends. Educate clients on product features and benefits. Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize account value. Develop retention strategies to ensure long-term client loyalty. Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive measures to address potential issues. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Provide feedback to the company on market developments. Travel to attend industry events as needed.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools. Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries. Compensation: Base salary $55,000 Commission on closed accounts - (est. $20,000 - $30,000) Medical insurance Paid vacation and holidays Paid Personal Time Off Paid Sick days
