Development Learning Analyst Sr for Apache Corporation will be a member of Apache's Global Total Rewards team in Human Resources, reporting to the Organizational Development Manager. The Learning and Development Analyst will play a pivotal role in enhancing the growth and development of our organizations workforce. Primary accountability will be to design, implement, and evaluate various learning programs that align with the companys strategic objectives and promote continuous professional development among employees. This role will be instrumental in identifying training needs, developing engaging training materials, and assessing the effectiveness of learning initiatives, and will have responsibility for the following: :Training Execution: Design and develop training programs at the direction of the Organizational Development Manager. :Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs at various levels within the organization. :Curriculum Design: Design content and develop effective and engaging learning programs, workshops, and training materials that cater to different learning styles and promote employee development. :Learning Delivery: Oversee the seamless delivery of engaging training programs, either in:person or through digital platforms, ensuring a positive and impactful learning experience for all participants with diverse learning styles and preferences. :Training Evaluation: Implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gathering feedback from participants, and using data to improve future learning initiatives.
