Job description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Needs to be able to do grade work and utility work. Follow all safety and environmental rules, regulations, and procedures as set forth by company policies and OSHA Operate and monitor all equipment and production area safely and efficiently Perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as needed Communicate with the management team on all safety, maintenance, and production needs Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor Education and/or Work Experience Requirements: High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent Knowledge of or ability to learn Occupational Safety Hazards and appropriate safety precautions and procedures. Must have reliable transportation Ability to work independently and/or with your crew to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices Physical Requirements: Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA, OSHA, and other federal, state, and local standards Can stand, sit, walk, reach, balance, stoop, and kneel for long periods of time Ability to lift tools and equipment of 75lbs or greater Can see up close, distances, and colors and has use of peripheral vision and depth perception Must be able to perform physically strenuous work outdoors in all types of weather Competitive salary based on experience!
