As the first point of contact for our organization, the receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a positive and professional impression. Responsibilities:• Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally.• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.• Schedule appointments and conference room reservations as needed.• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.• Provide information to clients and visitors about our services, products, and company policies.• Handle inquiries and resolve complaints promptly and effectively.• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.• Assist with special projects and events as assigned. Qualifications:• High school diploma or equivalent.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Professional appearance and demeanor.• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
