Description: Manage a highly diverse team of Make HardwareReps. supporting product flow for multipleprograms through the manufacturing processes. Coordinating daily activities with manufacturing and quality counterparts to identify and react to changingneeds and priorities. Give status to all levels ofmanagement. Attending multiple meetings insupport of programs and manufacturingmanagement. Ability to assign differentpersonnel to support critical schedule changes. Basic Qualifications: - Ability to obtain a security clearance- Understand the management of budgets.- Demonstrated proficient knowledge ofcomputer systems, databases, and programs- Ability to assign projects to organizational unitby leading staff to meet critical schedules,resolve complex and time sensitive technical oroperational issues.- Strategic thinker with lean manufacturing focus- Demonstratedability to work with multiple levels ofManagement, industry peers, and internal andexternal customers. Desired Skills: -Knowledge of Material Management andAccounting System (MMAS)- Inventory Control and material handlingknowledge- Green or Black Belt trained / certified- Ability to understand engineering drawings andparts lists-Ability to read and analyze production reports-Ability to present data to multiple levels ofleadership Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
