Lead Software Engineer - Intelligent Automation

About this role: Wells Fargo is seeking a Leader with deep technical expertise and leadership in all aspects of workflow and case management solutions along with experience / exposure with RPA and AI application development for business functions within consumer lending and interfacing with different systems. This role will focus on designing and delivering technical direction for groups of applications and similar technologies as well as taking responsibility for technically robust solutions encompassing all business, architecture, and technology constraints. May be responsible for coordinating teams to accomplish development in a matrixed organization. In this role, your responsibilities will include the following: Leading the team to design solution blueprint as baseline of the delivery, guiding the team through the implementation (from design to deployment) of a solution, and defining the specific solution, business, and functional requirementsUnderstanding the business solution strategy, operating vision, business imperatives, and capabilities, and how they affect technology imperativesDefining the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunitiesWorking with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architectureReviewing deliverables within the scope of the initiatives to meet the business imperativesManaging the integration requirements across different systemsWorking closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phaseDeveloping the agenda of the workshops and working sessionsGuiding the team through the implementation from design to deployment of a solutionResolve coding, testing and escalated platform issues of a technically challenging natureLead team to ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiativesMentor less experienced software engineersCollaborate and influence all levels of professionals including managersLead team to achieve objectivesPartner with production support and platform engineering teams effectively Required Qualifications: 5+ years of Deep expertise on Pega BPM across 8.X7+ years of overall Pega experience2+ years of Experience in implementing Theme-Cosmos, Constellation Design System5+ years of Experience in HTML5, Core Java, CSS, Java Script, React JS, Linux, Splunk, App Dynamics10+ years of Software Engineering experience7+ years equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:Pega Lead Systems Architect Certification will be preferredStrong organizational skills and prioritizing skills Posting End Date: 27 Jun 2024 *Job posting may come down early due to volume of applicants.
