As the Human Resources Manager at Reich Construction LLC, you will play a crucial role in supporting the training and development of our field staff, as well as managing recruitment processes for key positions. Key Responsibilities: Training Program Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs, including apprenticeship initiatives and certifications such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and Erector Certifications, to enhance the skills and capabilities of our field staff.Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of employee training and experience, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.Coaching and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to employees as they progress through successive levels of technical ability, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Recruitment Funnel Management: Develop and manage a recruitment funnel for key positions within the company, utilizing various channels to attract and retain top talent.Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing employee training and development and generate reports to track the progress and effectiveness of training initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the construction industry.Strong understanding of apprenticeship programs and certification processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach and mentor employees at all levels.Proficiency in recruitment strategies and techniques.Fluent in English and Spanish.
