Duties & Responsibilities · This person will communicate with customers to perform the following:· Process orders· Answer questions about our products· Assist in stocking the store· Perform other related duties, as needed, within the Primary Arms team Required Skills/Qualifications · Must be available to work weekends· Customer focus· Professional & pleasant demeanor· Ability to handle pressure· Dependability· Ability to work as an integral part of a team· High degree of productivity· Adaptability/flexible· Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills· Analytical and problem-solving skills· Effective decision-making ability· Effective organizational & time management skills· Aptitude to learn our business· Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy· PC proficiency.· Ability to accurately handle cash/credit card payments.· Firearms knowledge/experience A PLUS· Retail and/or e-commerce experience.· Knowledge of help desk/case management software, order management systems, interest in firearms.Powered by JazzHR
