Your role as a Lead - MT for Clinical Laboratory Team Join Genview DX as a Lead Laboratory Technologist where you will independently perform a variety of laboratory tests of varying complexities, analyze results, maintain equipment, and ensure accuracy. Showcase your expertise in clinical procedures, critical thinking, and scientific principles to deliver high-quality results. Are you a good fit for this Lead Clinical MT job? Successful candidates for the Lead Laboratory Technologist position at Genview DX must possess a BS or MS degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of clinical laboratory testing experience is required for the Lead Technologist level. Additionally, candidates should be certification or registry eligible by a nationally recognized certification agency. MLT/MLS certification is strongly preferred for a lead position.Proficiency in laboratory software and tools is essential to excel in this role.
