As a Senior Fleet Service Technician at AC Sweepers & Maintenance in Morrow, Georgia, you will tackle high-level diagnostics and repairs on fleet vehicles, demonstrating your expertise in engine and transmission overhauls. In this role, you will lead major projects, maintain quality control, and serve as the go-to technical expert in automotive systems. Are you the Senior Fleet Service Technician we're looking for? Successful candidates for the Senior Fleet Service Technician position at AC Sweepers & Maintenance must possess an advanced diploma or degree in automotive mechanics, technical training in diesel mechanics, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in fleet maintenance, including supervisory or leadership roles, is required. Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software specific to fleet management is essential, along with strong leadership and team management skills.Candidates should exhibit exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to technical details, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills. A valid commercial driver's license (CDL) is preferred, and certification from recognized automotive organizations such as ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) is a plus.
