Job Description Job Description MMC is looking for a transaction processor in Charlotte, NC! Hours: 3rd Shift Sun - Thu; 10:00pm - 6:30am Pay: $19/hr Temp to perm Business Expertise must have OPEX-150 skills or mail room experience. Integrates teams for the best outcome and achievement of company goals Falcon/OPEX-7200 scanner experience would be good to have but not necessary Job Track Description: Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills. Performs tasks based on established procedures. In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience. Desired not required OPEX-7200/Falcon experience and lockbox experience Expands skills within an analytical or operational process. Maintains appropriate licenses, training, and certifications. Applies experience and skills to complete assigned work. Works within established procedures and practices. Works with a moderate degree of supervision. Captures and validates more complex data. Pre-adjudicates documents and corrects data. Researches and examines issues and ensures information is available for next steps. Conducts extra searches to extract accurate data and inputs the same. Completes assignments using multiple source documents to verify data. Follows up on pending research documents. Returns electronic data forms to the customer for additional information. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards. Functional Knowledge Has developed skills in a range of processes, procedures, and systems.
