We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our team in creating exceptional dining experiences at our upcoming fine dining steakhouse. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a creative flair to develop innovative menus while ensuring high-quality standards are met. Duties:- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation- Develop and update menus to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting to optimize costs and minimize waste- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain a productive and efficient work environment- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards- Collaborate with management to plan special events and catering services Requirements:- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in the food industry- Strong knowledge of food service management, menu planning, and shift management- Familiarity with food safety practices and dietary department operations- Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide the culinary team- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities- Certification in culinary arts or a related field is a plus If you are a passionate culinary professional with a drive for excellence, we invite you to join our team as an Executive Chef.
