The ideal candidate will interpret labor laws and regulations, manage cases involving various labor and employment matters, and possess the following qualifications:Job Overview: The Senior Labor Employment Associate Attorney will interpret labor laws, manage cases, draft legal documents, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide exemplary client service. Duties:Interpret and advise clients on labor laws and regulationsManage cases involving wage and hour matters, workplace safety, disability, employee leave, workplace harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, etc.Draft and review employment agreements, contracts, company policies, and employee handbooksCollaborate with in-house counsel, human resource professionals, and managers at companies of various sizesProvide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor and employment disputes Requirements:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA accredited schoolAdmitted to practice in Colorado or able to be waived inSignificant experience in traditional labor and/or wage and hour mattersStrong work ethic, entrepreneurial attitude, high level of attention to detail, and exemplary client service skillsTeam player with strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills Experience:4+ years of experience as a labor employment attorney Benefits:The firm offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefit package, including medical, dental, vision, life, long-term disability, flexible spending, 401K, Paid Time Off, paid holidays, bonus, and more.
