Job Details Job Location Sugar Hill, GA - Sugar Hill, TX Position Type Part Time Salary Range $17.00 - $20.00 Hourly Job Category Maintenance Description Walters Wedding Estates, a Walters Hospitality brand, is actively seeking a General Maintenance team member who is hardworking and positive! They will be responsible for maintaining both internal and external facilities for different venues in the region. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in making sure the venues in the region are tour ready by ensuring their curb appeal. Perform and oversee the routine maintenance and repairs, are completed in a timely manner. Identify, report, and correct safety hazards. Assist with special projects to support maintenance and operational goals Prioritize guest experience by delivering exceptional maintenance service and support at the venue level Maintain required inventory of materials. Work closely with the Operations Managers/Venue Directors to resolve any venue maintenance and landscaping issues. Efficiently schedules own time and activities with such tools as daily to-do lists, weekly schedules, and lists of items requiring attention. Ensure the completion of any task as assigned by the Regional Manager. Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times. Job Overview and Requirements Location: Ashton Gardens Atlanta Job Hours: Full-Time, Hourly, Mon to Fri Ability to work all Weekends/Nights and Holidays as needed Pay: $17-$20 per hour Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent Required Experience: 1-2 years of experience performing maintenance tasks Physical Requirements: Able to lift 30 lbs frequently, stand/walk 8-12 hours Other: Submit to a background and drug test, have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Must have your own vehicle and be willing to drive between different locations
