We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. Responsibilities: • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication• Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities• Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met• Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience• Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current Qualifications: • Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases • Two years of previous sales experience • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills• Current U.S. driver’s license and the ability to travel by car• High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 Salary and Commission About Company: RANKED #12 in the United States for Large Teams By Transactions Sides by Real Trends - The Wall Street Journal in SOLD homes in 2021.
