Senior Commodity Manager Do you enjoy taking ownership of projects to ensure success? Are you an experienced Technology Commodity Leader with deep expertise in commodity management and sourcing software for a leading global organization? Join our Digital Technology Sourcing Team! As a Senior Commodity Manager, you will be responsible for: Developing annual and longer-term sourcing strategies and pipeline plans for the software and cloud services category. Achieving cost savings targets. Leading RFQs and commercial negotiations. Collaborating with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams including legal, finance, cyber security, and others. Mitigating supplier risks through effective contracting and supplier management activities. Communicating with business leaders and stakeholders regarding the status of projects, process compliance, business procedures, and policies. Serving as a business partner to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes, ensure compliance with company requirements, and track metrics. Owning and building relationships with key suppliers and other partners as needed to advance business requirements and achieve internal customer satisfaction. Contributing thought leadership as a key member of the software sourcing team. Leading multiple projects and sourcing-related activities in a fast-paced, multi-national environment. Understanding of global cybersecurity and data privacy regulations related to software and cloud services. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Have a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience leading technology sourcing activities for global Software and Cloud Services. Have strong Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills. Have the ability to leverage internal and external data sources to create strategic and category plans. Be a skilled negotiator who can both plan and execute sourcing strategies in support of stakeholder's business needs.
