Reviewer for all safety related incidents and will work with CHHS to be one of Community Services' 'Just Culture' leads in review of safety events related to employee performance. Change agent leading, facilitating and supporting quality improvement efforts that address client, staff and facility safety. Provides project leadership on identified improvement projects. As a quality improvement project leader, provides expertise in root cause analysis, development of performance measurement plans, use of basic statistical process control and application of the project life cycle. Requires a Master's degree in Social Work, Education or related field. Five years progressively responsible experience in child welfare. Supervisory experience with progressive management responsibility preferred. Prior experience in the Out of Home Care field, public speaking, and group facilitation preferred. Public/private partnership experience preferred. Experience working with families of diverse ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds strongly preferred Knowledge of accreditation and certification requirements and standards. Interpersonal skills necessary to provide effective leadership and consultation to management, program leadership and direct service staff. Analytical ability to develop plans and creative problem-solutions, review recurring reports effectively and participate in the development of short and long range goals based on findings.
