Description:

Oversee day-to-day operations of traffic control solutions activities at multiple office locations, including managing projects for utility and road construction. Ensure safety of workers and motorists while minimizing disruption to traffic flow. Manage budgets and costs. Oversee project contracts, including planning, permitting and delivery. Oversee project staff, including staffing needs. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the delivery of safe and efficient traffic management solutions. Requires up to 40% domestic travel. Requires 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or related occupation in construction/utilities industry; certifications in: OSHA Construction, Traffic Control Flagger/Installer, Traffic Control Designer and Traffic Control Supervisor (or higher); and demonstrated experience with: identifying required permits, ensuring adherence to permit requirements, participating in bidding process in construction/contract management, executing safety work plans in utility/construction activities, traffic control rules and regulations, and monitoring project costs and budgets.
