We need an interested and motivated Real Estate Agent who is ready to jump into the market! We are looking for an individual who is organized and able to provide the highest level of customer service for our buyers and clients. The right candidate will possess the skill and aptitude necessary to work with qualified buyers and help them find the home of their dreams, negotiate the contract on their behalf, and represent their interests throughout the home-buying process. Responsibilities:• Active Real Estate License• Ability to learn other programs, databases, and websites quickly• Quick to respond to requests and completely dependable on follow-through• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information• Superior oral and written communication skills• Supervise the closing process to provide clients with an efficient and smooth transaction experience• Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes• Provide world-class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume• Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal• Be willing to prospect for new leads to promote new business Qualifications:• Positive attitude• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills• Detail Oriented• Organized and able to manage time effectively• Team Player• Honest, straightforward, ethical• Problem Solver• Excellent phone skills• Logical Thinker• Fact and Task-Oriented• Strong social skills• Strong communicator• Past real estate sales experience is preferred but not required• Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently• A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 at plan yearly About Company: The Lauren Ashley Team and its partnership with Better Homes allows a combination of utmost client result-oriented service and a remarkable broker leader history that dates back to 1963.
