A company is looking for a Supervisor, Billing - Remote Key Responsibilities: Manage team to meet or exceed customer requirements and business objectives Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and training to team members Interface with customers to resolve concerns and ensure customer satisfaction Required Qualifications: 5+ years of claims processing experience or combination of claims processing and direct customer service experience Knowledge of MS Office software, specifically Excel Experience in processing various products including HMO/PPO and Indemnity under both fully insured and self-funded arrangements 1+ years of direct supervisory experience Strong influencing, negotiation, and analytical skills
