Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Patient Access Rep I I. Position type: Full-time Contract, potential contract to hire. Duration: 4+ months - extension is likely and conversion. Location: Medford, OR 97502 Position: Patient Access Rep II Shift :: 1st Shift - Mon - Friday 8am -5pm As a Patient Access Rep II, your responsibilities: Work with patients in registering them in at the patient kiosk. Making sure they address patients' questions, reviewing patient orders, if no orders received the Patient Access rep will be contacting the patient's provider. Order entry for phlebotomy team and other ad hoc assignments. The main function of a patient access representative is to act as the liaison between the organization and the customer/patient. They will provide product education and handle a wide variety of questions while ensuring a positive customer service experience. Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet. Speak with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using protocol procedures. Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution. Provide additional customer education and information as needed. Qualify and establish inbound new customers requesting products and services. Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions. Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner. Review test forms for accuracy and report any discrepancies. Perform administrative support for medical record management, CRM data maintenance, and internal records to assure HIPAA compliance. Skills: Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Strong verbal and written communication. Courteous with strong customer service orientation. Understanding of medical terminology used in clinical settings. Requirements: Highschool diploma or equivalent experience. Previous experience in customer service preferred. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
