We put you first: :Salary range for Lead Hand from 25.00 to 26.00 (Based on experience):2nd shift : 2:45pm to 11:15pm(Monday to Friday) :Profit sharing plan:Group insurance and pension plan with company contributions:Employee assistance program (because we care about the physical and mental health of our people):Annual flexible reimbursement program Develop your talents by applying your expertise within our facility inYork PA, as the Lead Hand : :Manage departmental performance measures and provides regular progress reports to the appropriate personnel.:Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production reports, inventory levels utilizing SAP.:Lead and coordinate daily production activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.:Supervise, mentor, and provide employee relations support to a team of production associates.:Collaborate with cross:functional teams, including maintenance, shipping and receiving, safety and HR to optimize production processes.:Ensure all functions are accomplished safely by following and enforcing the work instructions. Theres no one quite like youRespect your true nature by puting forward your strengths: :2:5+ years of production leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.:Proven ability to lead and develop a team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.:Excellent problem:solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.:Experience/Strong Understanding with SAP:Comfortable working around loud, heavy machinery:Able to lift to 50 lbs.:Ability to climb, kneel, crouch and work above the shoulders.
