Job Overview:Contribute significantly to the growth of the private credit, acquisition financing, special situations, restructuring, and private equity practices.Assume a pivotal role within deal teams, overseeing signings and closings, drafting debt commitment papers and credit documentation, etc. Duties:Handle a broad spectrum of secured lending matters, encompassing domestic and cross-border acquisitions, restructuring, reorganizations, and general corporate finance.Participate actively in direct lending, special situation financings, out-of-court and in-court restructurings, and private equity-related corporate finance transactions. Requirements:Admission to and membership in good standing with the Texas Bar.7-10 years of relevant experience in debt finance.Demonstrable experience as a key member of deal teams.Prior responsibility for managing signings and closings, drafting debt commitment papers, and credit documentation preferred. Education Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. Skills:Strong legal acumen in debt finance and corporate law.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in handling complex transactions with attention to detail.
