Buyer’s Agent wanted for a dynamic, fast-growing real estate team! We’re looking for a motivated, driven individual to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales funnel, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continuously following up to ensure a successful sale and positive experience for every client. Responsibilities: • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads• Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process• Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction• Spend time each day generating leads to maintain and grow your book of business• Host a minimum of two open houses per month to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred• 1+ year of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Must have or be in pursuit of a real estate license• Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car• The agent should bring a database of 100 or more clients - Preferred but not required• Active Real Estate License for 1 year or more - Required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000+ at plan commission About Company: D-One Realty Team is led by Dwight Johnson, and partnered with Keller Williams, offering him and his team outstanding training and support which keeps him up to date and more effective than ever before.
